Coming Soon: The Jacksonville Commercial Production Program: The goal of the Jacksonville Commercial Production Program is to attract high-impact commercials to Duval County and provide employment opportunities for Duval County residents. The maximum incentive that will be awarded per production project is $150,000 max, 15% rebate; $75,000 minimum spend in Duval County, capped at $150,000 per project; 70% of the Pre-Production & Production filming days must be in Duval County; 55% of Cast and Crew must be Duval County; 50% of vendors must be Duval County businesses and (15%) of those Duval County businesses must be Microenterprises (Micro Small Business); Provide promotional stills and marketing materials prior to the release of the Production Project to the Film Commission for use on their website and other marketing efforts; Accommodate one official set visit from the Film Commissioner and City Officials; Applicant must acknowledge in writing they would not produce production in Duval County ‘BUT FOR’ the incentive.
