Film, Television, and Commercial Rebates for Jacksonville Projects

The Jacksonville Film & Television Job and Business Creation Program is a performance-based program structured to attract high wage unique film and television productions opportunities to Jacksonville that will hire area professionals and purchase goods and services from local businesses.

The Film & Television Program utilizes different metrics than those applied within the Office of Economic Development’s Public Investment Policy and will be managed and facilitated by the Office of Economic Development.

The program utilizes a sliding scale based on meeting minimum thresholds of qualified expenditures and hiring of Duval County residents on a first come-first serve priority.
